Everything you would expect in Tuscany

What guests loved:

Alessandro rebuild this beautiful place. Very comfortable and clean. Himself and staff were very warm and helpful. Multiple choices for rooms and apartments.

Beautiful location

What guests loved:

Beautiful location very close to San Gimignano, surrounded by nice garden. All is very clean and location is very quiet. Nice breakfast. Dinner was nice and at fair price. Big bathroom. AC, TV., pool...

Areas for improvement:

Wifi was very weak and also mobile data although the latter is not hosts fault. Coffee americano during the breakfast was really bad.
